New baffled aluminum 95 gallon water tank located under starboard aft cockpit bench (will not wake up your guests) with remote gauge at Nav Station and independent deck fill fitting.

New baffled 135 gallon diesel fuel tank.

1. Both tanks were replaced professionally by the previous owner in 2017. I can't recall the exact volume but I believe the fuel tank is 130 gallons. He replaced it because he was preparing for a circumnavigation and he knew several Mantas had tank problems. My previous Manta had a water leak and I ( current owner) replaced both also. Yes, you have to cut out the cockpit floor.
2. They were new and had a 2 year warranty that expired earlier this year (2022) and currently have less that 400 hrs. I used the warranty to replace both MDI boxes that i was having issues with. There is an issue though...the temp alarm goes off about 5 or 10 minutes after moving. We first replaced the temp sensor under warranty but that didn't fix the issue. Putting a temp gun on the thermostat shows it's not overheating...less than 200F. So, we silent the alarm and keep moving. Annoying but not an issue. 
3. Both  the AC Units and the Watermaker were replaced new in late 2021/early 2022.
4. Solar panels: There are 4-405W, 1-435W, and 1-220W. So 2275W...covers the entire hardtop except for about a 2 foot wide strip in the middle to handle the main sail. 
5. New sails and Standing Rigging. It was my understanding from the previous owner that all sails and standing rigging was replaced in 2017.Sails have maybe 20 hrs usage!
6. The forward starboard berth has additional custom shelves built in on both sides of the berth. 
7. Scott Madsen was a contractor for Gulf Nautical (Gulf Nautical – Innovation For Cruisers) That installed the additional solar and batteries- It was a side job but all of the electronics were purchased from them and the shops owner, Andre, assisted and consulted 
8. Washing machine was replaced in  2019).
   
9. Fuel system: The previous owner designed it and it saved out butt so I'm a big fan of it. There is a series of valves and a separate fuel pump allowing you to cycle the fuel from the tank, through the dual Racor filters and back to the tank. We had contamination in the tank (debris) soon after we took off and I was able to clean out the debris at sea and restart. There are plenty of extra Racor fuel filters on the boat now so if that ever happens again your ready. Also, you are able to pump fuel from tanks out in the dinghy straight into the tank.
10. In the watermaker room there are  cutouts  from the old watermaker. I can't recall what was in the nav station area but I think it was either the chain control or spot light control. 
11. Both electric toilets are fresh water.

13. The dodger and bimini were new late 2021.
14. The trampolines are in good condition but we replaced the line with 1/4 Dyneema early 2022
15. Last bottom job was in mid 2021. Surface blisters were repaired and then painted. Recently di a complete bottom and propeller cleaning (diver), but boat could use new bottom paint.
16.  All electronics, including the ram drive, were newly installed professionally by the previous owner. Not sure who installed it but the paperwork and manuals are on the boat.
17. The Raymarine multi-functional display is 15" -but not sure.

19. “Crustacean flushing system" and internal GROCO intake thru-hull clearing built in”? The previous owner has a hose and valve used to flush the system with Barnacle Buster. We had to do it once in the Tampa area (Fantastic system!!).
