2007 Leopard 40 Owner’s version Catamaran. These boats are light and fast. The lighter weight allows her to ride easily over waves and her sharp bows and clean underwater profile cut cleanly as well as minimize drag. Visibility is excellent over the coach roof and a sliding door in the hard cockpit Bimini makes it easy to keep track of sail shape.

The 3-cabin layout features an owner-dedicated starboard hull with master stateroom, office area and large head with separate shower forward and a berth in the forepeak. Guest accommodations include 2 double cabins and two large heads with separate shower stalls.

The Galley is practical with large cabinets for storage and a countertop which facilitates the passage of dishes to the table in the cockpit. Dining accommodates eight people sitting comfortably, while leaving free access to the cockpit. The cockpit transitions to the aft steps which aid with easy entry in/out of the water. In this configuration there is enough room to sleep ten or for a smaller crew to spread out.

The galley-up design incorporates a spacious saloon and aft facing galley with a cocktail bar and serving window overlooking the cockpit. The entire owners ˜wing” can be discreetly closed away, creating complete privacy and the luxurious feeling of being able to roam undisturbed while guests or children enjoy the rest of the boat. Guests will enjoy the large cockpit with outside dining area, protected by a functional hard-top Bimini, fitted as standard.

The yacht had a complete refit in 2020 done in Cape Town where she was built. Completely rebuilt engines with less than 600 hours on them, serpentine belt conversion, lithium iron phosphate batteries, new sails and sail bag, new trampoline, 1300 watts of solar, new salon flooring, inside and outside cushions redone, table in cockpit re-fiberglassed, carpeting throughout, dinghy is 3 years old and engine less than 6 months, 2 custom made mattresses and more.

Rare opportunity to own a well maintained and ready to sail 40' 3- cabin Leopard catamaran

Note -Cockpit enclosure is in need of replacing and boat exterior could benefit from a compound polish and wax.
