The "+1" is a small captains stateroom with only a sink and marine toilet.
She is a true ocean going yacht. Shows well inside and out, and new engine runs very smoothly. 2011 and was launched in May 2012. It has 4 double bed cabins with 4 bathrooms + skipper cabin with out dedicated head, just sink and marine toilet.
This is a privately owned yacht, not a charter yacht, and owners made many upgrades in 2019.

This is the 4 cabin family version layout w/ a 5th cabin for the captain, of the Beneteau Oceanis 50, with 2 double ensuite cabins aft, two cabin forward, and a small captains cabin forward.
The dividers wall between the two aft cabins can be removed to make a single large cabin.
The saloon provides sofa seating for guests around a large dining table. The long-line galley is well equipped with 2x 70l refrigerators, 3-burner gas cooker and double sink.
